The Tension Method

Don’t let the name of this method intimidate you. The tension method is really simple and can be quite easy if you are already accustomed to using your blow dryer. The tension method is a hair stretching process with minimal heat. If you are #TeamNoHeat then this is not for you. However if you are alright with minimal heat then this is alright. If you have a decent blow dryer then it had to come with attachments or the option to purchase attachments. One of those attachments should be a concentrator. You attach the concentrator with a heat protectant oil (I suggest Shine and Polish) Apply tension to a small section of heat protected hair. This should show you a glimpse of your length. Then with you concentrator hold it onto the hair about 5 inches away until dry.
