c4621fcb2210cfe5a186ddc5b1fede98

This is my go to hairstyle for protection, cute, and quick. The great thing about being natural is the healthy hair, however with these new curls you need stretchable styles. The twist out gives you definition and an amazing stretch. You simply take two separated sections and twist them around one another until you entire head is covered in twist. In the above picture, the young lady has only made 6 simple twist with some holding products and BOOM an adorable look. I do this look at least once a month for 1 week at a time. Another awesome thing about the Twist Out is that when your day is over it only take about 5 minutes to put that twist back in for the next day.

What is a bantu knot? A Bantu knot is when you take a section of your hair whether it be properly parted or not and you take your finger and you coil the hair around your finger until you have a small maybe 2 inch bun on top of your head. 2The first look would be the more exotic look of the band to not being in random places all over your hair . The second look would be to release the Bantu not from the not on top of your scalp and this causes the hair that was once not it to come out in a curly/wavy form and the bantu knots being so tight for so long whether that be a few hours or days it will leave your hair in a consistent wave like curl
